FRP Threaded rod and Nuts

FRP THREADED ROD are use in Dry type / Power / transformers, Switchgear, Chocks, Cable trays, power resistor, for electrical insulation application for Winding applications as insulation properties.

Available in Polyester and Epoxy resin With class F 155 °C

• E - Epoxy (Class F 155 °C and Class H 180 °C)
• P - Polyester (Class C- 120 °C)

Class H in epoxy resin available on customize requirements

FRP THREADED ROD is made with Expoy resin for higher electrical and mechanical strength, available in Class F (155 °C) and H (180 °C)

Application is in Dry type Transformers, Chocks, Tap Changers, Grounding Neutral resistor, Switchgears & FRP Cable Trays for joint of each cables.

Dry type transformers: FRP Fully Threaded rods are placed inside the winding application which is supported from top side fix with FRP Nuts, Which is use as insulation application in transformers.

Tap Changers : In tap changers may be fully threaded rods or both side threading rod are use to joint supports. As well as FRP nuts are use for Joint supports.

Neutral Grounding resistor : FRP Threaded rods are use as electrical insulation purpose Class H (180 °C) for its non metallic , non corrosive and non conductive properties.

Switchgears : FRP Threded rods are use for Joint supports as fasteners in Switchgear for electrical insulation purpose.

Cable trays : small size of frp threaded rod with frp nuts are use for joint of each and evey joints of FRP cable trays, because of placing it on atmosphere.
